Stephanie A. Wolcott
Stephanie A. Wolcott is a corporate social responsibility and communications leader recognized for helping companies do well by doing good. She has lead large-scale implementation of social and environmental impact initiatives across diverse organizations, disciplines and cultures to strengthen employee pride, improve community relations, increase shareholder confidence and build corporate reputation.
In March 2013, Ms. Wolcott will serve as CSR expert on the Antarctic expedition lead by the conservation organization, 2041. During the expedition she will work with environmental leaders from around the world to create action plans to combat climate change.
Ms. Wolcott is Associate Director of the Kellogg Innovation Network (KIN), a platform for driving global prosperity through innovation. The KIN convenes global leaders from business, academia, government and nonprofits to collaborate around prosperity initiatives. She directs the KIN Prize, an annual contest that identifies the best action plans for social change.
Previously, Ms. Wolcott was CSR Director for Alcoa Foundation, developing their global signature programming with an emphasis on environmental sustainability and entrepreneurship. Prior to Alcoa, Ms. Wolcott served as Global Manager, Corporate Citizenship for Tyco International, at the time, a $40 billion, diversified corporation. Earlier in her career, Wolcott held positions with brand strategy and design firms, including Edelman Public Relations and VSA Partners, Inc. She is on the Advisory Board of the Social Innovation Summit at the UN. Ms. Wolcott was a YWCA Woman of the Year in 2006 and currently volunteers with veterans.
