Allan L. Platt

Mr. Platt is a financial executive with more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, financial strategy and new venture development. He is a co-founder of Clareo and has led the creation of new businesses, both for start-up companies as well as for established corporations.

Prior to Clareo, Mr. Platt served as CFO at ExtendMedia, Inc. He was also on the mergers and acquisitions team at Salomon Brothers where he worked with global telecommunications and media companies. He began his career at Accenture managing the financial services group.

Mr. Platt earned a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Stanford University. He currently leads seminars on corporate responsibility and management of non-profit enterprises at Northwestern University.
