Clareo Partners applies leading academic research, practical experience and proven methods to help companies achieve sustainable, successful business innovation.

The Innovation Radar
Developed at Northwestern University by Kellogg faculty members Dr. Mohan Sawhney and Dr. Robert C. Wolcott, the Innovation Radar is a powerful tool for assessing and informing an organization's innovation efforts. The Innovation Radar provides an applied framework and robust measurement methodology for visualizing, diagnosing, benchmarking and improving innovation performance.

Ecosystem Analysis
The Ecosystem Analysis was originally developed through research at Kellogg to help assess partnership and acquisition opportunities that enhance both value creation and value capture. Emphasizing a visual model for strategic planning, the ecosystem mapping framework has also been adapted to provide a fresh and compelling perspective on new business ideation, product launch planning, and industry structure analysis.

Next Practices Study
Clareo's Next Practice studies generate fresh perspectives on the most complex innovation challenges. Clients are able to acquire and apply leading edge management practices from diverse and often radically different organizations. By engaging participating companies in an open dialog, Clareo is able to help clients understand current best practices and anticipate the "Next Practices" that will emerge in the future.

Innovation Strategy
Business innovation is an ongoing process that demands constant renewal. Clareo works with clients on a variety of customized solutions designed to more tightly integrate innovation with corporate strategy. From business plan development to market launch planning to supply chain management, Clareo combines sharp minds with practical experience to bring a fresh perspective.
